Please note the adjustments that will be made for this event to combat extreme heat conditions and assure the safety of our players and umpires. The following applies to POOL PLAY games on Friday and Saturday:

• All pool play games will be pushed back to a 7AM start time to allow for a cooler temperature (Let Freedom Ring Only)
• All pool play games will be 70 minutes in length, finish the batter. Score remains AS-IS
• All pool games on Friday and Saturday will have unlimited DEFENSIVE substitutions. This is Pool Play only.
• 1/2 way through the game at the 35 minute mark or closest 1/2 inning, clocks will be stopped and there will be a 7-10 minute break for water and cooling.

As previously stated , turf temperatures are measured every hour. CLICK HERE for our heat index policy. We will monitor the weather and heat closely, and make any adjustments necessary for bracket play.
