Coaches and Families - We truly regret the impact the weather had on this weekend’s event. It’s been a challenging spring and summer, and we did everything possible to prepare the fields and give the teams a chance to play. Unfortunately, some games were rained out, and not all awards were not distributed on site. Those will be mailed to teams directly. Any pre-ordered shirts that were not picked up will be sent to the shipping address provided at the time of order. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Unfortunately, the thunder and lightning continues in the area. In addition, the forecast is showing continued rain and thunder through 2pm. As a result, there will not be adequate time to move forward with scheduled games.

Plainfield weather update and game plan... all games are delayed. The 9:30am game will resume at 1:00pm. All games will 70 minutes, drop dead, reverting scores back to last completed inning.
If you are scheduled to play at 1:00pm, please arrive at the fields no later than 12:45pm so you are ready to go.

Lightning was observed at 9:50am. We are currently on. 30 minutes delay started of no additional lightning (or thunder) is noted, play will resume at 10:20am.

Sundaze Slugfest - Plainfield - as stated in tournament guidelines and through park rules, alcohol is not permitted anywhere on park grounds. A large number of empty alcohol containers were found in the park's trash cans following Saturday's games. The presence of alcohol on-site can result in removal from the park. Thank you for your cooperation!

Sundaze Slugfest - Bethlehem ... REMINDER that there is NO parking permitted beyond the outfield; near the pool. Tournament parking is available on the street and near the clubhouse. The City of Bethlehem Police Department has stated that the parking expectations will be enforced and vehicles parked near the pool are subject to fines and towing. Thank you for your cooperation!

Good Morning! Sundaze Slugfest - Forks (Bethlehem) is good to go! Please use the parking lot next to the clubhouse or on street parking near the fields. At the request of the City of Bethlehem, please do not park beyond the outfield, near the pool. Parking near the pool could result in vehicles being ticketed and towed. Combining Divisions
The USSSA State Office will combine Open, A and B classifications if a division is in danger of being canceled due to lack of registrations. If the combined event has 12 or more teams, we will split the bracket for Sunday play. Bracket split percentage will be based on the number of teams in the event by registered class. Teams in the C classified events with insufficient numbers to hold an event, will be given the opportunity to play in a higher classification, if available, to ensure their opportunity to participate.
